The on-line appeal to the Campus Security Office must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the 10th business day of ticket issue. Appeals submitted after this time will not be considered for review.
All appeals are submitted to the Appeals Officer for review.
Any incomplete appeal will not be considered for review.
All appeals are fully reviewed wherein they are either voided, reduced, or enforced in full.
Emails are sent notifying students of the decision rendered and/or further steps for appeal.
Please allow 10 (ten) business days for your appeal to be processed and a decision to be rendered.
You are given one opportunity to appeal any given parking ticket. No additional appeals or pleas for leniency will be considered. The decision of the Appeals Officer is final.
Except under exigent circumstances, if you have already had a ticket appealed no other appeals will be considered.
