CliftonStrengths for Students
The CliftonStrengths assessment helps students become confident in who they are and how they can best contribute to the world. It shows how they are unique, what they do best, and how their Strengths motivate and shape their approach to work, school, decision-making, relationships, etc.
This assessment is given in the Gateway orientation class to all incoming freshmen. If you are a transfer student and did not take the assessment in your transfer Gateway, you may request a code from the Center for Calling & Career. We will need both your name and Lee email address to provide a code from the Gallup platform. If you took the assessment in the past and need to identify your Strengths, sign in to cliftonstrengthsforstudents.com with your Lee credentials to search for your results. You may also reach out to the Center for Calling and Career for your Strengths results.”
Once you have taken the assessment, you may wish to learn more about your Strengths. Strengths Vocational Advisors (SVAs) in the Center for Calling & Career offer individual Strengths coaching sessions. SVAs greatly enjoy guiding students in discovering their Strengths and new ways to utilize them to maximize their joy of living and working.
