Sharp and Davis Halls are located on the south part of campus, and residents enjoy close proximity to the Paul Conn Student Union, School of Religion, and Squires Library/Pentecostal Resource Center. The three-story building includes TV lounges on each hall, prayer rooms, and two main lounges on the first floor that include a television, vending machines, a sink and cabinet space, a stove/oven, a full size refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave. In addition, the first floors of Sharp-Davis include a lounge area complete with couches, tables and chairs, and a television. Two coin/card-operated laundry facilities are located on the first floors. Four students occupy a two-bedroom suite with a shared bathroom. The bathroom contains a double-sink, toilet stall, and standup shower. Every bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, two desks with chairs, two chests of drawers, and two closets.

This year Sharp-Davis Hall will be partnering with WillowBend Farms, a local faith-based organization in Cleveland, TN. WillowBend Farms' mission is to offer restoration and rehabilitation services to women rescued from human trafficking, violence, and sex exploitation. The women of Sharp-Davis are honored to partner with a dynamic organization that believes in long-term restoration and healing.
