Carroll Court is a one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment complex that caters to married and graduate students. Located a short 3-5 minute drive east of campus, each unit has a kitchen with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Residents provide their own furniture and kitchen supplies. All rooms are carpeted except for the resilient flooring in the kitchen and tub-style bathroom. Blinds are provided for each window. There is also a hall closet located just outside the bedroom and bathroom. Residents can contact local companies to secure telephone, cable, and internet services at their own expense. Utilities (central heat and air) and water costs are included in the monthly rent. A coin-operated laundry facility and playground are also available on the complex.
