Carroll Court is a one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment complex that caters to married and graduate students. Located a short 3-5 minute drive east of campus, each unit has a kitchen with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Residents provide their own furniture and kitchen supplies. All rooms are carpeted except for the resilient flooring in the kitchen and tub-style bathroom. Blinds are provided for each window. There is also a hall closet located just outside the bedroom and bathroom. Residents can contact local companies to secure telephone, cable, and internet services at their own expense. Utilities (central heat and air) and water costs are included in the monthly rent. A coin-operated laundry facility and playground are also available on the complex.

Meet the Resident Director: Esther Marquez

Carroll Court is a unique living space on Lee University's campus! Here we welcome non-traditional and married students into a community that is unlike the other dorm partnerships. I have loved being a part of Residential Life and Housing the last several years, and was changed and formed during my time at Lee as an undergrad. I hope that those who live in Carroll Court are able to grow in the community that we will form together!
