Community Outreach

This year the men of B.L. Hicks, Male Brinsfield Row, and Male Auxiliary will be continuing their partnership with Backyard Ministries. This organization seeks to create caring relationships, provide academic tutoring, and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with kids in the local community. Meet the Resident Director: David Kahoun

The role of Resident Director has always been something very close to me. I remember my RD pushing, challenging, and encouraging me to grow throughout my entire time in college. He was someone that helped me shape my worldview, think differently about my beliefs and opinions, and really help me discover that I had my own thoughts and opinions. This is what I hope I can bring to Lee and to the men in Hicks-Brinsfield. I want to create and provide spaces for students to own their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs. My favorite part of working with students is seeing their growth over the years and seeing how God works and moves in their lives. I'm excited to see what God is going to do this year at Lee!
