Meet the Resident Director: Melquis Reyes

Community has always been at the heart of who I am. Throughout my life and ministry, I have seen firsthand how God uses authentic relationships to encourage, challenge, and transform us. Serving as the Resident Director for B.L. Hicks and Brinsfield Row Male is an opportunity to help cultivate a Christ-centered community where every student feels seen, valued, and connected.
My desire is for these residence halls to be a place where we grow together as brothers in Christ and brothers in life, where meaningful friendships are formed, and where students discover a deeper connection to the Lee University community. Above all, I pray that this season strengthens each resident's relationship with Jesus Christ and equips them to faithfully serve wherever God leads them. It is a privilege to walk alongside our students as they grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
