Looking to host an event on campus? Our facilities are available for a wide range of hosting opportunities. University departments, Lee students, and community members may host on-campus events pending the event approval. Our team will work with you to find the best space for your event.
Employees
Faculty and staff may host on campus events ranging from meetings, conferences, class lectures, & more. Please email the Office of Event Planning at [email protected] to begin your classroom, lecture hall, and greenspace reservation process.

SMC Great Room
Located on the 3rd floor of the Science and Math Complex, this space can be used to host a variety of events, ranging from staff lunches to poster symposiums.
Centenary Room
The Centenary Room can seat up to 250 guests in rows or can fit up to 120 seated at round tables.
School of Business Lobby
The School of Business Lobby is the perfect space for your department lunch, office reception, or holiday party!
Lee Students
- Lee students are able to hold on campus events. Log in to LeeU Connect to get started!
- Looking for a space for your club meeting? Log in to LeeU Connect to make your request.
- Audio/Visual equipment can be reserved for Lee students through Sound Rental by emailing [email protected].
- Advanced audio and visual equipment with technical support is available for a fee through the Office of Events at [email protected].
