Process Reservation

The Office of Event Planning will send you confirmation of your reservation via email. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email [email protected]

Room Deposit Required to Secure Reservation:

Reservations will not be accepted without a room deposit of $50.00 per participant. Room deposits will be accepted in the form of a valid credit card.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy:

The registration deadline is July 1, 2025. In the event that our maximum housing capacity is met, registration will be closed prior to the registration deadline. Cancellations and/or changes made to your reservation after July 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST, will be subject to a $50 processing fee.

Early Arrival:

Additional nights requested by Teen Talent participants and guests will be provided at a rate of $40 per person per night. International guests may check in on Saturday, July 26^th. All domestic guests may check in early on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 2-6 pm. Any arrivals before 8:00am on Monday, July 28, 2025, will be billed for an additional night's stay at $40 per person.
