Andrew VanBreugel
With over 25 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, Andrew has a keen eye for detail and an astute mind for excellence. He has worked abroad for much of his career, calling Australia, Singapore, Fill and Cyprus home at various points in his life. With decades of experience as an executive, Andrew has played a key role in the development and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices, new product development, broad lean deployment, and much more. Andrew is currently a certified Assessor of Business Excellence for the Singapore Quality Awards, Evaluator for the Australian Business Excellence Awards, and a LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Joe Noble
Joe has over 30 years' experience in delivering results through continuous improvement, from the C-Suite to the shop floor. He is also a LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt and most recently served as the Operational Excellence Director of Bayer for North America. Joe brings decades of experience in continuous improvement at the highest level in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries.
Guy Deloach
Is a Senior Partner of a local Chattanooga based business consulting group (Rock Creek Informatics), Guy spends a lot of his time consulting for organizations, thus empowering dynamic and sustainable growth in this region. As a business professor at Lee University as well, the rest of his professional time is spent pouring into students and teaching them how to be a success in an ever-changing business world. With over 25 years of manufacturing experience, Guy has acquired a unique set of skills for problem-solving at various levels of industry. As a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, he specializes in high-level solutions and drill-down implementation.
