Meet Our Faculty
Our faculty are an exceptional group, supremely student-oriented, with a deep commitment to undergraduate research and sound preparation for life after college, whether it be graduate school, professional school, or teaching. The key aspect in the sciences is the high standard applied to this preparation, including rigorous study and application in classes, labs, and applied research. Graduates routinely come back and tell us how wonderfully prepared they were for the next step. This kind of preparation requires a lot of personal attention, working with students one-on-one to help them achieve their goals.

Megan Winne
Megan Winne, a freshman biochemistry and mathematics double major, is from Albany, New York. She found Lee after searching for a Christian environment in which to pursue her undergraduate studies, and she is currently part of the Kairos Honors Scholars and women’s Rugby Club. “Interactions with professors inside and outside of the classroom is my favorite part about Lee,” said Megan. “The willingness of my professors to indulge in my academic curiosity outside classes has led to even more enjoyment of my time at Lee.” After graduation, Megan plans to pursue a graduate degree in computational biology.
