Sigma Delta Pi Honor Society (Spanish)

The purposes of this society are as follows:
A. To honor those who attain excellence in the study of the Spanish language, literature, and culture;
B. To honor those who have made Hispanic contributions to the modern world and made the Spanish language, literature, and culture better known by the rest of the world;
C. To encourage university students to gain a greater interest in and a deeper understanding of Hispanic culture;
D. To foster friendly relations and mutual respect between Spanish speaking nations and the rest of the world;
E. To serve its membership in a variety of ways, which will contribute to the attainment of the goals and ideals of the society.
