Dr. Randy Wood came to Lee in 1998. He is responsible for coordinating the humanities core curriculum and offers upper-level history courses including Renaissance and Reformation, History of Western European Family, and French Revolution and Napoleon. In addition to his duties as chair and in the classroom, Wood assists in travel-study programs including the New England studies program and the Italian art and humanities study program. Before coming to Lee, Wood taught at Pennsylvania State University as a lecturer in history and a teaching assistant, at Providence Academy as a history teacher, and as a continuing education instructor at Mount Aloysius College and Tennessee Wesleyan College.
