Dr. Mark Bailey, the conductor of the Lee Symphonic Band, joined Lee’s faculty in 1989. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in music education, applied conducting, church music, and music theory. Bailey has many years of experience as a minister of music, having worked at various churches as either a part-time or full-time minister of music.
