Dr. Jason Ward joined the Lee University faculty in 2002. His specialties include Latin American and world history, and he teaches a variety of upper-division courses in those fields, such as Colonial Latin America, Modern Latin America, Pirates in History, and Exploration and Discovery. He is also engaged in research on the history of commodity consumption and colonialism in 18th century Mexico.
