James Frost joined the School of Music in 2007 after having taught at Lee part-time. He currently teaches applied voice and directs Lee’s Opera Theatre. Prior to his arrival at Lee, Frost lived in Germany for 20 years where he gained professional experience at various opera houses such as Stadttheatre Hildesheim in Germany, Tiroler Landestheater in Austria, and regional theatres in the United States.
