Employee Profile

Dr. Andrea Dismukes has served in Lee’s School of Music since 1992. Since her arrival, she has worked in various roles including chair of the Department of Vocal Music, a member of the university's faculty council, mentor to new faculty, and professor of voice and diction for singers. She also directed Ladies of Lee for six years, producing four recordings and touring Israel, the Abaco Islands, and 28 states of the United States. Aside from teaching, Dismukes has made numerous appearances in opera, oratorio, chamber music, and traditional solo recital venues.
