Dr. Allison Pierce teaches courses in organizational business and healthcare. Prior to Lee, she worked with Century Life Pharmacy developing a pharmaceutical business plan and pro forma, served as central division president of Sava Senior Care, and was senior vice president of people development at Life Care Centers of America. Pierce has won numerous awards such as the 2003 National Young Businesswoman of the Year and 2003 Governor’s Outstanding Achievement Award in Tennessee. She was also selected to lead a subcommittee for the Bush Administration to address the national labor issues related to the nation’s healthcare profession.
