U.S. News Ranks Lee Online Among Best Online Programs
Lee University Online has been ranked No. 128 among the 2024 Best Online Bachelor’s Programs by U.S. News & World Report. It has also been ranked for its Online Bachelor’s in Business.
“It is a real honor for Lee Online to be so close to the top of the U.S. News list for both Best Online Bachelor’s and for Best Online Bachelor’s in Business programs,” said Dr. Joshua Black, the executive director of Lee Online. “We are one of the highest private schools on both lists. It recognizes the exemplary work that the faculty and staff at Lee do for Christ.”
The 2024 ranking included 339 universities nationwide. U.S. News chose the rankings based on factors that consider how these online programs are being delivered and how effective they are at awarding affordable degrees in a sensible amount of time. The programs were assessed and scored based on four categories including student services and technology, student engagement, peer assessment, and faculty credentials and training.
“With so many colleges and universities in America offering online undergraduate coursework, for Lee University to be consistently rated among the best 150 online undergraduate programs in the nation is an acknowledgement we don’t take lightly,” said Dr. Jayson VanHook, vice president for enrollment and marketing. “To us it means Lee Online is translating the top-tier, Lee University experience to an online format in a way that is not just good enough, but outstanding.”
Lee Online offers a flexible approach toward an achievable and affordable degree program. Online degree programs include the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology, Business Administration, Christian Studies, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Ministry Leadership, and Liberal Studies.
The university also offers Undergraduate Certificates, Associate of Science degrees, and online graduate programs in Business Administration, Marriage and Family Studies, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), Ministry Studies, and DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice).
