Opera Theatre to Present “The Gondoliers”
Lee University’s Opera Theatre will present Gilbert & Sullivan’s operetta, “The Gondoliers,” directed by James Daniel Frost, on Feb. 21-23 at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 24 at 3:00 p.m. in the Dixon Center on Lee’s campus.
An operetta packed full of tuneful songs and high spirited dancing, “The Gondoliers” is a fully-staged, fully-costumed production, with students from various instrumental ensembles playing in the orchestra.
Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for seniors, and $3 for students and children. They are available at the Dixon Center Box Office from 3-6 p.m. For more information, or to purchase tickets by phone, please call the box office at (423) 614-8343.
