Men’s Choir, 2025

The Lee University Men’s Choir will present its first standalone concert on Monday, Nov. 10, at 8 p.m. This performance will take place in Pangle Hall, located on Lee’s campus.

The program will include classical music, modern pop songs, and modern choral works.

“Directing this group has been nothing short of an honor,” said Justus Dennis, a graduate student and director of the ensemble. “We have both music and non-music majors as part of this group. What’s very encouraging to me is that despite this group being a volunteer-based group, every one of the guys works incredibly hard to produce a musically excellent experience.”

Since its launch in 2024, the Men’s Choir has partnered with Lee’s Choral Union and sang in Christmas Chapel with their performance gathering over two million views on Instagram reels.

“Seeing the choir grab hold of so many musical styles and making something new out of each piece is an exciting thing to see,” said Dennis. “I can give instruction all day long, but it takes true musicianship from the singers to make it something special. We cannot wait to provide an exciting and wonderful night of music on November 10th!”

The concert is free, non-ticketed, and open to the public. Livestream viewing will be available at leeu.live
