Macey Jones, senior professional and theological studies major, was named Miss Parade of Favorites (POF) on Friday, Oct. 24, at Lee University’s annual student-led showcase, featuring representatives from 16 different student organizations.   
 
Jones represented Delta Zeta Tau, and her escort for the night was Thomas Wood. 
 
“Parade of Favorites was such an amazing experience that allowed me to get out of my comfort zone, meet new friends from across campus, and grow in my gifts and abilities,” said Jones. “It was so special for me to be able to represent my club, Delta Zeta Tau, because they have been a community that has invested and believed in me. I am truly honored to have been chosen as this year’s Miss Parade of Favorites and am so grateful to everyone that worked so hard to put on an incredible show!” 
 
Rachel Turner was the first runner-up and represented Alpha Gamma Chi. She also was the recipient of the Interview Award and the Miss Congeniality Award. She was escorted by Luke Haward.   
 
Macee Miller, second runner-up, represented Lee Singers and was escorted by Mack Daniel, winner of the Escort of the Year Award. Miller also earned the Fundraising Award.  
 
Peer Leader program representative Maya Nobles was third runner-up and winner of the evening’s Talent Award for her vocal performance and the Spirit of POF Award. She was escorted by Kaleb Lasseter.   
 
Hannah Ruska, Pi Kappa Pi representative and winner of the evening’s Service Award, was also the recipient of the Kay McDaniel Woman of Achievement Award. This award is given to the contestant who has been an overcomer despite life’s obstacles. Her escort was Francis Rodriguez.    
 
The annual POF showcase features representatives who are selected to compete on behalf of various campus clubs. This year’s theme was “The crown and the flame,” inspired by the biblical scripture Isaiah 61:3 and reflects both honor and purpose, serving as a reminder that distinction comes not only from achievement but also from a spirit of humility and service.
