By Britain Miethe

The Lee University U-Church series will present “Come to the Table: An Evening of Worship” on Sunday, March 23, at 7:30 p.m. in the Conn Center.

This student-led service is designed to bring attention and focus on a time of worship and communion for all who attend.

“This is always one of my favorite U-Church services because of the intimate setting and focus on worship,” said Ashley Sederquist, a senior education major at Lee. “And I love the fact that the music is led by my peers.”

The theme for the evening will center on Matthew 6:9-13, the Lord’s Prayer, and more specifically, “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done.”

Anyone wishing to participate in this time of worship through music and sharing of the Lord’s Supper is welcome.

Free childcare is available. For more information about childcare, please contact Christie Wyatt at [email protected].

Seating for U-Church events is first-come first-served. The service is a free, non-ticketed event, and the community is invited as well. The doors will open at 7 p.m.
