Taylor Jones, CEO of digital agency Whiteboard and Lee University alumnus, will deliver the Center for Responsible Citizenship’s (CRC) annual guest lecture on Friday, Feb. 28, at 5:30 p.m.

Jones, who graduated from Lee with a degree in accounting and business, will address “How to Change the World: Entrepreneurship for the Common Good” as part of the CRC’s year-long exploration of American Identity. His company, Whiteboard, partners with organizations ranging from Chick-fil-A to local startups, providing digital branding, platform development, and activation services. Jones recently co-authored a book titled “Agency: The Antidote to a Culture Obsessed with Self,” which explores the role of personal agency in navigating a complete life.

“We’re excited for Taylor to join us,” said Dr. Thomas Pope, CRC’s director. “Taylor is a great example of a thoughtful Christian life navigating a complex world. I appreciate his dedication to responsible citizenship and am excited to hear more about his vision of entrepreneurship that seeks a common good.”

The lecture builds on the CRC’s year-long programming, including weekly reading groups, a symposium, and an essay competition, all designed to examine the role of American identity in civic life.

The event will be held in the Lee School of Nursing Lecture Hall, Room 202, and is open to the public.

The Center for Responsible Citizenship at Lee University cultivates conversations about a healthy community through a variety of holistic programming. The CRC encourages students to become responsible Christian citizens by engaging thoughtfully with their communities and traditions. The Center’s work is inspired by Dr. Peter Augustine Lawler’s legacy of fostering thoughtful Christian engagement in a complex world.
