Lee Day Guests Win Scholarships

Lee Day Scholarship Winners Announced: To conclude this year’s Lee Day festivities at Lee University, the school presented 12 students with scholarships. John Pullin from Canton, Georgia, received a $5,000 scholarship. Mykael Suarez from Johnson City, Tennessee, was awarded a meal plan scholarship. The $3,000 scholarship winners were Emma Anderson, from Gainesville, Georgia; Angelina Bowman, from Cosby, Tennessee; Katelyn Buller, from Copperhill, Tennessee; Kaitlyn Burger, from Lebanon, Ohio; Gibson Dayton, from Lebanon, Tennessee; Chase Griffith, from Palmer, Tennessee; and Jackson Hutchens, from Cookeville, Tennessee. Transfer students Christy Hamilton, from Cleveland, Tennessee; Jessica Hayes, from Cleveland, Tennessee; and Matthew J. Smith from Maryville, Tennessee, also received $3000 scholarships. Lee Day is an annual event designed for prospective students and their families, offering a chance to explore the unique mix of clubs, cultures, and opportunities at Lee.
