Parents Resources

At Lee University, we are committed to empowering parents as essential partners in their students’ academic journeys. Our goal is to provide comprehensive resources and support that enable parents to gather relevant information about academic programs, campus services, and student well-being.

With online resources, we aim to equip parents with the tools they need to effectively guide and support their students through their university experience. Together, we can create a collaborative environment that enhances student success and fosters a thriving campus community.

Proxy:

  • Login in to Self-Service(not Portico)
  • Enter your username (not email address) and password
  • You should still be on Lee's Self-Service MFA authorization page with a message like "Check your email for an authorization code." A message should have been sent to your preferred email address, containing a code to enter on this screen. Since proxy users do not have LeeU email accounts, you should not be sent to the Microsoft MFA authentication page which requires a full email address.
  • If you have only a proxy account, you will automatically see your student's account in Self-Service.
  • If you are a current or former LeeU student, look for the option to select either yourself or your student. As proxy, you'll need to select your student because it is the student's account you need to see. (see image)
  • If you get 'wrong username or password' error, clear browser cache or try a private/incognito browser window.
  • For login issues, questions, or password reset, please call helpdesk at 423-614-8027.

The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers as represented by the College Board, Peterson's, and U.S. News & World Report. The combined goal of this collaboration is to improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education, as well as to reduce the reporting burden on data providers. This goal is attained by the development of clear, standard data items and definitions in order to determine a specific cohort relevant to each item. Below are links to the Lee University Common Data Set questions for the past several years. Data definitions are at the end of each document. For more information about the Common Data Set initiative, please refer to Common Data Set.
