Small Group
SmallGroup exists to facilitate Christ-centered discipleship by Embracing Challenge, Cultivating Intimacy, and Developing Faith. Through authentic relationships and meaningful conversations, students are encouraged to discover their voice and engage their communities and culture as followers of Christ.
Every Thursday night at 10:00 p.m., more than 600 students gather in residence halls across campus to participate in SmallGroup, creating spaces where faith can be explored, questions can be asked, and lasting friendships can be formed.
Floor Leaders
Floor Leaders are student volunteers who lead SmallGroups within their residence halls. These leaders participate in a comprehensive training process, attend weekly team meetings, and receive intentional discipleship from their Resident Chaplains. Through their leadership, they help foster spiritual growth and community among their peers.
Resident Chaplains
Campus Ministries partners with Residential Life and Housing to equip student leaders who serve as Resident Chaplains. Resident Chaplains help cultivate a Christ-centered atmosphere within their residence halls by serving students, supporting the SmallGroup ministry, and providing ongoing discipleship and encouragement to Floor Leaders. Their leadership plays a vital role in creating spaces where students can grow spiritually and experience authentic Christian community.
Chapel Small Groups
Chapel Small Groups provide a more intimate Chapel experience led by Lee University faculty and staff. These groups are designed to equip students through discussion-based learning, allowing them to explore Scripture, ask questions, and apply biblical truth to everyday life in a meaningful and practical way.
