Student development and wholistic discipleship have been integral in my own life and journey. One of those milestones in that journey was coming to Lee for my undergraduate degree. The RA my freshmen year on OB4 (O’Bannon Hall 4th floor) created such a great sense of community and camaraderie on our floor. This is my hope as an RD twelve years later in the same dorm. My hope is to foster the development of student and staff into kingdom builders, biblical men and women, and followers of Jesus. Stewarding them to know the Lord more deeply, to be transformed in their character, and to live lives of Kingdom influence.
