The Lee University Title IX team stands ready to respond to concerns of sexual harassment that involve our students, staff, and faculty and provide the best support we can to these individuals. In May of 2020, the Department of Education issued new regulations surrounding Title IX. Lee University responded by creating compliant policy to respond to sexual harassment based on the type of alleged harassment and the location of the alleged harassment. These policies were most recently updated on February 1, 2023 and can be viewed at the links below.
