Campus Post Office

Located in the basement of the PCSU, the Campus Post Office houses 3740 campus boxes, a large sorting area and floor to ceiling shelves on which to stack the hundreds of packages received weekly for distribution to faculty/staff and the student community.

As a federally contracted post office, we offer most of the same retail services which are provided by post offices in any city. Additionally, we receive deliveries from the major courier services and provide outbound service via UPS.

Window service hours are:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00 am-10:30 am & 1:15 pm-4:00 pm

Full-time staff consists of a manager, a front-office postal clerk and a back-office postal clerk. Additional assistance is provided by an average of 5 student workers each semester. A service entity, the campus post office works under the supervision of the Information Services and Technology department.
