Commuter Services Areas This is a place for students to hang out between classes. The room is equipped with computers, a copier, and fax machine for student use.
Computer Labs Two computer labs house 24 new computers. Plus, the Commuter Services Area has 10 additional computers. These labs are open from 8:00 a.m. until curfew and are available to all students.
Student Publications Lab The Student Publications Center houses the production facilities of the Lee Clarion and the Vindagua, which are the student newspaper and the yearbook. As many as 50 students from many different majors come here at all hours to help create these important university publications using current publishing technology. Also housed here is the Student Media Lab where students will be learning desktop publishing, graphic design and other advanced design classes using some of the best technology available in the field.
Meeting Rooms Groups can meet in one of three meeting rooms. The meeting rooms can accommodate between 18 and 60 people.
Office of Student Development The Office of Student Development oversees the general operation of the Paul Conn Student Union, scheduling the use of its common areas. It also works in conjunction with the Student Leadership Council in offering student services in community service, campus events, leadership development, Alternative² Chapel, public relations, and The House. Josiah Young, a recent grad from Newport, Vermont, was initially uncertain about his decision to attend Lee University, but after seeing his sister Elizabeth attend, and being recruited to join Lee’s cross-country team, Josiah reconsidered.
