previous three years concerning reported crimes that
occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or
property owned or controlled by Lee University; and on
public property within, or immediately adjacent to and
accessible from, the campus. The report also includes
institutional policies concerning campus safety, such as
policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime
prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and

Federal Student Right to Know and Campus Safety Act of
1990 (20 USCS § 1092), to prepare, publish, and
distribute an annual safety report containing
information with respect to the campus safety policies
and campus crime statistics of the institution. To
