The Residential Life and Housing Team seeks to meet the developmental needs of students by creating a living environment that is conducive to individual growth. Each residence hall has a team (Resident Director, Resident Assistants, Resident Chaplain) that takes a more direct role by forming relationships with each community member in order to become more familiar with each individual's needs.
