  • The living rooms are 11.5' x 17
  • The bedrooms are 10.5' x 11'
  • One or two bedroom apartment complex, 3-5 minutes east of campus
  • One bedrooms are 520 square feet and two bedrooms are approximately 585 square feet
  • Each unit:
     - Electric range
     - Refrigerator
  • Residents provide own furniture and kitchen supplies
  • All rooms are carpeted, except linoleum in kitchen and tub-style bathroom
  • Each window has blinds
  • Residents must acquire telephone, cable, and internet services at their own expense. Cable services can be acquired through a local cable company. (Please see Lee University's Cable Policy.)
  • Utilities and water are included in semester rooming price
  • Laundry facility and playground are available
 

Named after R. Leonard Carroll, a former Church of God General Overseer, Carroll Courts shares a rich tradition of residential living with residents dating back to 1972.
