A washer and dryer are located in each apartment for no additional charge, and each apartment has its own heating and air unit. The main level has a half-bath for visitors, along with a linen closet. Residents provide their own living room furniture and kitchen supplies. At the residents’ own expense, a local cable company can be contacted for cable services.

"Living on campus during the college years provides a valuable experience unlike any other. We learn so much about ourselves and about each other in a supportive community like the one that Lee provides. I love working with students in this context - being a part of their lives through the thick and thin, providing a listening ear or a helping hand wherever it may be needed. My hope is that students walk away from this community knowing more fully who God has created them to be."
