Resident Director Information
The Resident Director (RD) is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Residential Life program of a residence hall(s) of 125-300 residents. The Resident Director plans, motivates, develops a learning environment, interacts, and evaluates in the areas of staffing, leadership training, mentoring, student learning, and housing administration.

Resident Assistant (RA) Information
Resident Assistants assist the Resident Director (RD) in creating an environment within the residence hall that is conducive to the mission of Residential Life and Housing and the principles and policies of Lee University. The Resident Assistant position has been designed to provide a living and learning experience for the student who desires to grow in leadership skills.
