Named after R. Leonard Carroll, a former Church of God
General Overseer, Carroll Courts shares a rich tradition of residential living
with residents dating back to 1972.
Carroll Courts:
Married student housing
One or two bedroom apartment complex, 3-5 minutes east of campus
One bedrooms are 520 square feet and two bedrooms are approximately 585
square feet
Each unit:
- Electric range
- Refrigerator
Residents provide own furniture and kitchen supplies
All rooms are carpeted, except linoleum in kitchen and tub-style bathroom
Each window has blinds
Residents must acquire telephone, cable, and internet services at their own
expense. Cable services can be acquired through a local cable company. (Please

Utilities and water are included in semester rooming price
Coin-operated laundry facility and playground are available
