Meet the RD | Joe Sifferman

"I view my role as an RD to be a ministry where I can help develop and shape young leaders. My hope is that my residents will gain a deeper understanding of themselves in order to formulate healthy habits on which to build for the rest of their lives. I am honored to have the privilege to work with students and see their growth and development from semester to semester."

    Community Outreach

This year B.L. Hicks has partnered with People for Care and Learning, a humanitarian organization that moves into neighborhoods throughout Southeast Asia and the US to inspire hope, extend justice, and give the poor a working chance. We have been involved by helping to raise funds and volunteering at local fundraisers for their Build a City campaign in Cambodia.
