  • About the Hall

Nora Chambers Hall is centrally located on the Pedestrian Mall, and residents enjoy close proximity to the Deacon Jones Dining Hall, classroom buildings, the Walker Arena, and the Paul Conn Student Union. Each bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, two desks with chairs, two chest of drawers, two closets, a sink/vanity, and carpeted floors. Second and third floor rooms accommodate two students while first floor rooms accommodate up to four students. Renovated community bathrooms and showers are located on each floor. Nora Chambers Hall offers students TV lounges and kitchenettes with a microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer. It also has coin/card-operated laundry facilities on the first floor. A unique feature of Nora Chambers Hall is that it is connected by a hallway to Simmons and Tharp Hall.

Meet the RD | Lauren Jespersen

"I became an RD because I am passionate about intentional community and the growth that occurs when students journey together. Working with students and helping them realize their value, worth, and purpose in Christ makes me come alive. My hope for my residents is that they would see our residence hall community as a place to extend grace, ask questions, and develop lasting friendships. "

    Community Outreach

Nora Chambers has partnered with The ESL Program at Westwood Baptist Church. They teach English as a second language to many people throughout the local Cleveland area. We have helped with finding students to volunteer regularly on Wednesday nights to either teach or help watch children. Additionally, we have raised money that will go to purchasing books for the students.
