Request Maintenance Via Email

The Physical Plant requires that requests for general maintenance service be sent to the Physical Plant through the links above.  Key requests and Event Set up requests are not considered general maintenance or emergency requests. Please fill out the key request form or event request form and submit to the Physical Plant.

Emergency requests should be called in immediately to (423) 614-8085.

If the emergency occurs between the hours of 5pm and 8am, please call Campus Safety at (423) 614-8390.

Email requests for office furniture rearranging or removal to pplant@leeuniversity.edu

Definition of an EMERGENCY requiring after hours response:

• Hazard with a potential to injury; corrective action necessary to minimize damage to facilities, equipment or property; loss of critical electrical, water, or sanitary service; hazard to health of personnel.
• Loss of a single shower, toilet or sink where alternate facilities are available or loss of heat when temperatures are above 60°F is not an emergency. 

Only Campus Safety shall initiate an after hours recall of the on-call maintenance personnel, once it is established that the request meets the aforementioned criteria.
