Key Requests

Types of Keys:
|
Key Requests are filled out for all keys necessary to gain access to buildings, offices, laboratories, closets, and dormitory living spaces. Filing cabinet and desk keys may also be requested, and will be provided if Physical Plant has master key in stock.

Key Requests: |
Key Request Forms must be completed in full and all
applicable fees paid upon receipt of the request. Only
authorized personnel may request new or additional copies of
keys. Contact your supervisor or Physical Plant if you are
unsure of the procedure. |

Fee:
|
Residential Hall room keys may be
replaced if lost for a fee of $15.00.
Dorm floor master keys may be
replaced if lost for a fee of
$100.00.
