Lee University recently donated equipment and labor for a day to help improve the playground facilities of its B.E.S.T. Partner, Mayfield Elementary. Larry Berry, director of Lee's Physical Plant, provided Mayfield with a tractor and staff to spread gravel on their playground on Friday, Nov. 9. The Cleveland Bradley Chamber of Commerce sponsors the B.E.S.T. Partners program to help foster a sharing of time, energy, and expertise between a business and a selected public school. Mayfield Elementary is part of the Business and Education Serving Together Partners program.
