You must fill out to completion the competition application form with the following information. You can find the application in PDF file format on the International Piano Festival and Competition main page, or by clicking here.
  • Full Name (First and Last)
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Name of Parent or Guardian
  • Current Piano Teacher, Email Address and Telephone Number
  • Number of Years of Piano Study
If entering Competition ONLY:
  • CD Round Repertoire (including title, movement, composer and timing)
  • Other Competition Repertoire (including title, movement, composer and timing)
All items must be included in a single envelope, postmarked by 16 April 2012,and mailed to:
