Default Printer Setting
If you are unable to print, check your default printer settings:
Click 'File' on the menu bar, then 'Print', then look at the "Name." It should read: \\studentsps2\PRC02 (for printer on main level of the Library) or \\studentsps2\PRC01 (for printer on lower level - basement of the Library)
If PRC02 or PRC01 are not listed, do the following:
1. Click 'start' (lower left corner of screen).
2. Click 'Run'.
3. Type \\studentsps2 (use the backslash above Enter key).
4. Click 'ok'.
5. Scroll to find, then double click the printer you wish to use: 'PRC02' (main level of the Library) or 'PRC01' (lower level - basement of the Library)
6. A new window will appear. Click 'Printer' in upper left corner of new window.
7. Click 'Set as Default Printer'.
Now check your final settings before printing:
8. Click 'File' on the menu bar, then click 'Print'.
9 Check the Printer Name. If the desired printer is not highlighted, click: \\studentsps2\PRC02 (for printer on main level of the Library) or \\studentsps2\PRC01 (for printer on lower level - basement of the Library)
You are now ready to print.
