How to Print

Lee University Students
To use computers, Lee students log on using your campus login. Printing is included in your technology fee paid at registration. If you use up your allotted number of pages, pay for more pages at the Lee University Help Desk located on the lower level. If you have problems with your account, contact the University Help Desk located on the lower level of the Library: (423) 614-8027 or helpdesk@leeuniversity.edu.

Church of God Theological Seminary Students
To use computers, Seminary students log on using your firstnamelastname and your Library barcode.
Some printing is included in your account. If you use up your allotted number of pages, pay for more pages at the Lee University Help Desk located on the lower level. Extra printing is $.05/page. If you have any problems accessing your account, contact the University Help Desk at (423) 614-8027 or helpdesk@leeuniversity.edu.

Faculty and Staff
To print in the Library, please consult the Reference Desk.

Other Patrons
In order to print from one of the Library computers, guest patrons must sign up for a temporary "guest login" at the Circulation Counter, by presenting a current Cleveland Public Library Card or photo ID each time.
Printing costs are $.10 per page. Before printing, pay at the Lee University Help Desk located on the lower level (basement) of the Library.

Printing Problem Solutions

Default Printer Setting

If you are unable to print, check your default printer settings:

Click 'File' on the menu bar, then 'Print', then look at the "Name."
It should read:
\\studentsps2\PRC02 (for printer on main level of the Library) or
\\studentsps2\PRC01 (for printer on lower level - basement of the Library)

If PRC02 or PRC01 are not listed, do the following:

1. Click 'start' (lower left corner of screen).

2. Click 'Run'.

3. Type \\studentsps2 (use the backslash above Enter key).

4. Click 'ok'.

5. Scroll to find, then double click the printer you wish to use:
'PRC02' (main level of the Library) or
'PRC01' (lower level - basement of the Library)

6. A new window will appear.
Click 'Printer' in upper left corner of new window.

7. Click 'Set as Default Printer'.

Now check your final settings before printing:

8. Click 'File' on the menu bar, then click 'Print'.

9 Check the Printer Name. If the desired printer is not highlighted, click:
\\studentsps2\PRC02 (for printer on main level of the Library) or \\studentsps2\PRC01 (for printer on lower level - basement of the Library)

You are now ready to print.

Over Your Printing Limit

If you have checked your default printer settings and they are correct, you may use up the allotted number of pages for your account.

Students:
To purchase more pages at $.05 per page, consult the University Computer Help Desk on the lower level (basement) of the Library (423) 614-8027.

Faculty and Staff:
Consult the Reference Desk.

Public Library Patrons and Guests:
Before printing, pay for your printing ($.05 per page) at the University Computer Help Desk, located on the lower level (basement) of the Library (423) 614-8027.
