In addition to full-text articles, Academic Search Complete provides indexing and abstracts for many more resources, including indexing for more than 10,100 journals, scholarly books, reports, conference proceedings, etc. It includes some searchable PDF content going back as far as 1887.

The Digital Library of Appalachia provides online access to archival and historical materials related to the culture of the southern and central Appalachian region.
