Job Description: The student workers in the Help Desk department of Information Technology are required to have some previous knowledge of working with computers because they are expected to perform computer maintenance and set-up for teachers and students around the university. Students often bring computer software and hardware problems to the Help Desk in hopes that technological miracles can be performed on their computers.
