Requirements for Admission
Lee University complies with the State of Tennessee
in requiring proof of two MMR’s and TB Screening within
the past 12 months. This is mandatory and must be
completed prior to registration. Proof must be presented
to the Lee University Health Clinic. Copies of
legitimate immunization records or forms with physician
verification and signature are acceptable proof of
immunizations. Parent or student signatures are not
acceptable.
If you are coming to Lee University from outside the
United States, additional immunizations may be required.
Please contact the clinic. Records must be
translated to English for verification of immunizations.
In addition to the MMR, and TB vaccines, foreign
students may also be required to show proof of Hepatitis
and AID’s Screening.
