Lee University Housing Policy for Global Perspectives Trips

The Residential Life and Housing Office is pleased to make available residence halls during your on-campus instruction time for the summer, 2011.
There is some important information regarding summer housing you will need to know:
- Each Trip Director will need to send a list of students with email addresses participating in their trip no later than April 9. This list will assist us in verification of housing applicants.
- Residence halls close on May 4 at 5:00 p.m. Any student requiring housing after this date must complete a summer residence hall application and will be charged the daily rate.
- Each Trip Director will need to announce to their students that they will be responsible for securing their housing during the pre and post trip time periods. This includes all May trips leaving after hall closings date of May 4, 2011. Residence hall applications are available in the Residential Life and Housing Office or online. You will need to sign each application. Applications must be turned in to the Residential Life and Housing Office no later than April 23, 2011, in order to be given priority over the summer camp and various conference participants on the campus. If Trip Directors prefer, they can schedule a meeting with their students before the 23rd for a staff member from the Residential Life and Housing Office to answer questions and assist with completion of their forms.
- Students will receive via email their residence hall assignment and other important check-in and check-out information by the end of April.
- Upon request, a list of students who have confirmed on-campus housing will be provided to the Trip Director.
