About CAPS
The Center for Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) located on the Lee University is a dedicated center for excellence in lifelong learning offering scholarship with spirit. Adult learners will receive quality education equipping them for academic development, enrichment for life, and transformational ministry that impacts individuals, church, society, and the world.
CAPS offers the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology, Christian Education, Christian Leadership, Christian Ministry (Counseling emphasis), Christian Studies, Pastoral Ministry and General Studies. For adult learners seeking to strengthen skills in a particular discipline but not interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree, CAPS offers a Certificate program. The Center for Adult and Professional Studies seeks to deliver quality education for adults through a variety of formats - e.g., online, independent study, and a classroom setting. Programs are especially designed to prepare persons for ministry who otherwise cannot pursue a traditional resident college degree program. Follow the links for descriptions of each program.
For eligible high school juniors and seniors, CAPS offers online classes. (Dual Enrollment Program)
CAPS also provides course opportunities for resident students who are unable to schedule regular classes in their resident program
