Lee University Transcript Request

A transcript of credits will be issued by the Office of Student Records upon written request of the student. The request must include: name, social security number, last semester attended, date of graduation (if applicable), the address of the recipient, and the student's signature. No transcript will be furnished until all of the student's financial obligations to the university are settled. Transcript copies require prepayment of $5 per copy.
