Proficiency Exam and AP

Advanced credit may be granted on the basis of proficiency examinations. CLEP (College Level Examination Program) tests in specific subject areas are accepted. We do not accept general CLEP examinations. Such credit will be limited to 32 semester hours.

The Center for Adult and Professional Studies offers proficiency examinations for Old Testament Survey (BIB 101), New Testament Survey (BIB 102), and Computer Literacy and Application (CIS 100). For more information contact the CAPS office at 800-256-5916 or CAPS@leeuniversity.edu.

A fee will be charged for advanced credit through proficiency examination; students using CLEP will pay for their own tests. Please check the Lee University catalog for the current fee.
