StrengthsQuest is a revolutionary program from The Gallup Organization that allows you to focus on your strengths, rather than your weaknesses. After conducting more than 2,000,000 interviews with people from virtually every career field, the researchers at Gallup reached a simple, yet profound conclusion: Top achievers understand their talents and strengths, and build their lives upon them.

• Searching and creating a list of occupations based on your
  • Values, interests and work skills

• Obtaining up-to-date information and printouts on hundreds of occupations

These one-on-one conversations can help you clarify the results from any of the self-assessment instruments, focus on strategies for a job search, prepare you for a job interview, or simply offer time for conversation about issues that matter to you.
